Beyond the Resume

For me, nursing has always been about people first.

Since becoming an LPN, I've had the opportunity to care for patients across multiple specialties, including outpatient Stem Cell Collections, Therapeutic Apheresis, Gastroenterology, and Quality Assurance. Those experiences taught me that great nursing isn't just about technical skills, it's about saying calm under pressure, paying attention to the details, and making every patient feel seen.

I'm known for having an eye for quality improvement and documentation. Whether I'm reviewing charts, improving workflows, or catching the small details that protect patient safety, I genuinely enjoy finding ways to make good processes even better.

Outside of direct patient care, I'm passionate about continuing education, evidence-based practice, and building inclusive healthcare environments where every patient feels respected, valued, and safe. I believe compassion and professionalism can absolutely exist alongside authenticity.

I bring curiosity, empathy, accountability, and just enough purple to make healthcare a little brighter.
